Principal and Founder Trent Kelly has worked 25+ years as an oil & gas professional and consultant in major North American oil plays (Rocky Mountain, Eagleford, Permian and Marcellus). Trent has extensive experience developing infrastructure for large companies through strong connections and customer relationships. His experience includes facility upgrades, training and development of teams, integrating safety protocols into company culture, writing SOP's to ensure companies remain compliant with governing agencies, and streamlined operations to achieve corporate goals. 

 

Other areas of strength include transportation and logistics through first-hand experience as the owner of a successful service company, field operations, product negotiation and procurement, total water management including reclamation of oilfield wastewater, land leasing with royalty contract negotiations to land owners, smooth transitions into company mergers, state permitting for Class II injection wells, and the optimized design of salt water injection facilitie. 

 

Trent has extensive experience working closely with drilling, completion and production teams by helping each division increase productivity, achieve desired results, and stay within budget expectations. He achieves this through evaluation, field training, direct management coaching, innovative approaches, and efficient location layout with specialized onsite equipment used for real-time product acquisition, distribution and seamless operations.  Some examples include the integration of high-quality trucking companies, strategic warehousing of product that is in short supply, rail distribution, silo management, advanced water treatment systems with complete water management solutions, supreme solids separation, and increased oil recovery for profit.

 

Trent was a key member of a team that developed a patented system and process that treats and recycles oilfield wastewater for reuse.
